The Vice President, Service Excellence will be a key member of the CVS Client Services Leadership team and will have accountability and oversight for driving a service culture by focusing on both long-term strategies and process improvements through optimization.
This role will partner with both internal and external stakeholders to develop specific operational improvements, design project plans and work with relevant businesses to advance client satisfaction, improve service, quality, and colleague engagement. The strategic role will lead a team within Service Excellence who are dedicated to working to help understand and solve client and member challenges faster and more efficiently, while constantly sharing lessons learned and creating solutions together.
