Hi everyone! My name is Sean, and I have been a Customer Success Manager at Qualtrics since May of 2019. I currently work with 350 of our AWESOME K-12 customers, working one on one with customers in a consulting role, as well as creating resources (such as webinars and newsletters) for Qualtrics' K-12 industry.
I have worked as a teacher in private organizations for five years, and as a substitute teacher in public schools for one year.
I studied at Brigham Young University and received a bachelor's degree in business strategy.
I am super excited for this community to be another outlet for our K-12 customers to connect with one another directly to share ideas and support one another.

Hi Everyone! My name is Michael, and I have been Qualtrics user for about five years, now. I coordinate our magnet school program and exploit the system to do more administrative things such as student applications, notifications of magnet assignments.
I've been in K-12 as an ESOL teacher and administrator for 29 years. I did my student teaching in Richardson ISD and have been a loyal family member ever since.
I studied at the University of North Texas, receiving my bachelor's and master's in education.
I hope to support others in this community, while expanding my abilities in using the "processes" supporting Qualtrics.

Hey there! I'm Erin Casale, a Customer Success Manager on our Education team based in Utah. It is such a privilege to work with districts, State Offices, and higher ed organizations focused on student and employee experience.
I joined Qualtrics after finishing my MBA at Cal Berkeley, where I focused on Marketing + Analytics for social impact. I got excited about Qualtrics after using it to run a project for my summer internship, and the rest is history. Prior to that, I lived in DC where I worked in public sector management consulting both in the US and abroad focused on program strategy, measurement design, and product management. Outside of work, I love hiking, biking, taking up new art hobbies (watercolor is the flavor of the month right now), and exploring Salt Lake's neighborhoods. Originally from Ohio, I also have an affinity for all things Midwestern, especially college football.
I'm so excited to be part of this online community of I'm really looking forward to building this digital community of people focused education! Please don't hesitate to reach out if I can be of assistance - I'm happy to share use cases and best practices, make connections, and brainstorm on how to get creative on Qualtrics.

Hi Everyone, I am Chris and have been a Qualtrics user for about 4 years. Working for the Palo Alto Unified School District as Director of Research Evaluation and Assessment, we used the Qualtrics platform for end of course student surveys, climate surveys (students, staff, and parents), employee engagement and alignment, as well as specialized reporting for unique use cases (post IEP-meeting feedback, Title IX compliance).
I have contributed to the K-12 advisory board for a couple of years, and presented at X4 as well as regional user meetings. I love the fact that education has a strong "sharing" culture and a growth mindset.

My name is Sharon Fuller and I am with Des Moines Public Schools in Financial Services. I have been with the district for 17 years of which 6 have been in this department.
This is the 4th year that I have been a brand administrator in Qualtrics for our district. I tend to think outside the box for my forms and surveys as it relates to business and finance tasks.

Greetings from Georgia! My name is Kerry and I work for Carroll County Schools in Human Resources / Student Services. We have been using Qualtrics for a whopping 7 months! However, if you looked at our project lists, it looks like we have been using this for many years (all thanks to my partner in crime Sabrina Collins!)
I am responsible for our student information system (Infinite Campus) and I am looking for ways to sync the data between IC and Qualtrics so that our surveys are not anonymous and we can build in demographic data. Anyone out there doing some great things with IC & Qualtrics, let me know!

Hello! I'm Lauren Croix and I serve as the Executive Director of Instructional Technology and Continuous Improvement Systems for the Mequon-Thiensville School District in Mequon, Wisconsin. We have been using Qualtrics for about three years now, and have used it for a variety of projects and scenarios.
Most recently, we have relied on Qualtrics to gather both employee and family feedback regarding the return to school plans. I have also recently learned how to use the quota feature and the loop and merge feature in Qualtrics. Qualtrics is such a robust tool and I know we have only scratched the surface! I look forward to learning more from this community!

Hi, my name is Lisa Gilchrist and I am the communications technician for Bellingham Public Schools in Bellingham, Washington.
I've been using Qualtrics for two years, although its been used in our district for about four. We've used Qualtrics for our annual student/family climate surveys, budget and calendar surveys, forms and registrations, contact forms and more. Its been particularly helpful and useful during the pandemic school closures. We also use the dashboard which has been really helpful in sharing and conveying information to other staff.

Hi! I'm Michelle and I am a district programmer at Muskego-Norway schools in WI. I've been working with Qualtrics for three years, primarily with dashboards of our student data. Over the past year, we've greatly expanded our use to include XM directory with embedded data, more complex features of surveys, and EX360 for support staff reviews. I've loved using the Community feature to help me solve technical problems I've run into, and am excited to have the specialized K-12 community for even more solutions!

Yo, wassup?
I'm Justin and I have the great pleasure to work with the Tooele (pronounced too ill uh) County School District in Utah. Tooele County is adjacent to Salt Lake and runs west across the world-famous Salt Flats to the Nevada border. I'm not sure if Qualtrics is in our back yard or if we are in their back yard, but they make good neighbors all the same! I've been playing in Qualtrics for a few years now and have relied on other Qualtrics users to learn how to put it all together and make it pop. I'm excited to expand into this larger network of K-12 Qualtrics users.
I laughed when I read that SeanS said, "I am super excited for this community to be another outlet for our K-12 customers to connect with one another directly to share ideas and support one another." If the rest of his 349 customers are hassling him for help as much as I do, I BET he's super excited!

Hello from the Pacific Northwest.
I'm Brian Rick, Director of Research & Assessment in Bellingham Public Schools in the NW corner of Washington state.
We've been using Qualtrics for about four years, starting small with high school exit surveys and then for our annual student feedback and family & staff climate surveys. Then Lisa_Gilchrist in our Communications & Community Relations department took over the project and she's doing great things, now using it for all sorts of staff and family surveys, forms and registrations, and new use cases during the pandemic school closure. She also is building helpful dashboards to share the feedback and data.
I'm looking forward to learning more from this community.

Hello, I'm Robin Gilbert, Superintendent of Payette School District in Payette, Idaho. We are just across the river from Ontario, Oregon in the Southwest corner of Idaho.
We have utilized Qualtrics for three years now and I do not believe I have any idea of the full potential of the product in my hands. I look forward to building more knowledge through the power of people and this community.

Hello! My name is Evan and I'm from Chicago originally but moved to Iowa for college and never left. I work for the Waterloo Community School District as the Equity and Inclusion Data Analyst; this is a fancy way of saying that I'm trying to support our equity obligations as a school district while also using data and research to inform our initiatives.
Our district has been using Qualtrics for about 2 years now and is relying on it more and more for electronic employee forms, contracts, outreach and data collection. We just added dashboard capabilities and I can see a number of ways they can be used for improving on our existing projects. I'm always looking for new ways to use this product in our setting, so I'm looking forward to more K-12 opportunities!

Hello, I'm Jessica Flowers and I'm a Research Data Analyst for San Antonio ISD in San Antonio, Texas. I've been here a little over a year, and before that I spent seven years with the non-profit Communities In Schools.
Here at SAISD we use Qualtrics to survey our staff, students, and parents. We also use it quite a bit as a data collection tool. I'm interested to read more about how other school districts make use of Qualtrics.

Hello, I'm Kristi and work for the School District of La Crosse in La Crosse, Wisconsin. This is our second year of being a part of the Qualtrics community. Our first year we were just scratching the surface of what could be done within Core XM. Our original plan for Qualtrics was to survey our staff, students, and families to gather data for our Board of Education reports and overall school climate.
This year, we realized that we needed a solution for screening staff and students for COVID-19 symptoms. Setting up the survey, the flow, actions, dashboards, and automations has been a great experience is seeing what Qualtrics can all do! I can't wait to use what I've learned going forward with other project.
I look forward to learning from all of you and how you utilize Qualtrics within your districts!

Hi, I'm Jen from South Milwaukee. This is our second year with qualtrics but the first year with the XM platform. We started with an employee engagement platform only but right now I'm using it every day to track staff COVID situations with the daily survey that staff fill out. Looking forward to using it more with families once we load in our student data

Hi All! Kathy Milton here from Royse City Independent School District. I am the Director of Assessment & Accountability and just started using Qualtrics. Right now, I have our Oath of Test Security & Confidentiality built.
I am looking forward to putting some of STAAR trainings in Qualtrics to help with remote training and time management for staff. In addition, the added work flow that isn't available in Google Forms will be a great addition to documentation for compliance.
I am so excited to learn!!
