Employee Engagement
- EX25 Certified Questions Translation: Updated EX25 methodology questions are now available in 35 languages. These questions focus on short, targeted listening and better serve global teams running Engagement programs.
EX Dashboards
- Enhanced Confidentiality for Org Hierarchies (EX): If you filter your dashboard by participant metadata and then adjust your org hierarchy filter, you may notice that some units cannot be selected. This is to protect the confidentiality of teams; you must update your other filters to select this unit. An information icon now appears when attempting to select a unit this applies to.
- Translations for Action Plan Reporting: You can now fully translate EX action plan reporting pages.
Research Hub
- Initial Search Questions in Research Hub: Recommended search questions are now displayed underneath the search bar in Research Hub. These questions are updated weekly based on the most recently uploaded documents.
Survey Projects
- Email Distribution Updates: The appearance of the email distributions tab within survey projects has been updated. The legacy email tab can be accessed until September 30, 2026.
Features Starting On & After July 29, 2026
EX
- Response Rate Line Chart Widget: The response rate line chart widget can now be used in Lifecycle projects. Use this widget to track the response rate for your project over time.
Survey Platform
- ExpertReview: The icons for ExpertReview have been updated in the survey editor to more readily surface ExpertReview suggestions to survey builders.
- Hiding Survey Questions: You can now hide questions within your survey using a button in the survey editor. This will automatically add impossible display logic to your question, ensuring existing data is retained but that future respondents don’t see the question.
- Survey Abandonment Metadata: Survey responses have new metadata called Last Seen Flow ID and Last Seen Questions. These can help track the last survey flow element or questions they saw before stopping a survey.
Workflows
- Automated Topics in Workflow Conditions: You can now select AI Topics when building conditions within a workflow. This allows you to create workflows that are triggered based on the presence of specific automated topics.
