I have some feedback on the new Key Drivers and Focus widget:

  1. firstly why did this not go through the normal preview channels?
  2. It would be great if you could import all the key drivers in one go (often you have many topics setup compared to CSAT scores you’d wish to add to the widget).  That would save sooooo much time!!
  3. Please also think about when you add a new topics.  We should be allowed to have an option to list all topics and when  new one comes along it automatically gets included, just like other widgets would do.  How about take a look at how you select topics in the textiq table widget - that works well.
  4. After adding all the drivers I want, when I swap between the key growth driver and focus widget, all my drivers are lost.  Please can you make it so that it retains the drivers as this will (again!) save soooo much time!

That all i can feedback on at the moment as my testing failed for some reason. I am using a normal ‘dashboard’ textiQ in the dataset.  I will raise a ticket!
