Features Released On Or Before June 3, 2026

EX

  • Categories (EX): The interface for categories in EX dashboards has been updated for accessibility and improved usability.
  • Enhanced Confidentiality for Org Hierarchies: This feature protects the responses of smaller units from being calculated through org hierarchy filters and breakouts. This feature is available in Engagement and Pulse projects.

Insights Explorer

  • Headlines Insight: When generating an insight, if your dataset is too small to process top themes, the headlines insight type will be generated instead.

Surveys

  • New Surveys Default to New Survey Taking Experience: When you create a new survey, it will now automatically use the new survey taking experience. To use an older layout, you can revert to the old experience within survey options. This only applies to new surveys. Surveys created before June 3, 2026 will retain their current survey experience.

Workflows

  • Imported Data Project Record Task: Create new records, or update existing records in your imported data project using workflows.
  • Workflow Assist for Failed Runs: Workflow Assist is a powerful new tool that uses generative AI to troubleshoot workflow issues. All you have to do is click a button, and you’ll get a solution with clear steps to resolve the workflow’s issue.

Features Starting On & After June 10, 2026

Dashboards

  • Updated Focus Areas Widget: The Focus Areas widget has been updated. This includes the ability to add text topics as drivers, the addition of an analysis quality indicator, specific warnings for drivers that may be impacting your analysis, the ability to compare performance against Benchmarks or Comparison Groups, and more. This release does not impact existing focus areas widgets, and legacy versions of the widget can still be created.
  • Updated Key Drivers Widget: The Key Drivers widget has been updated. This includes the ability to add text topics as drivers, the addition of an analysis quality indicator, specific warnings for drivers that may be impacting your analysis, and more. This release does not impact existing key drivers widgets, and legacy versions of the widget can still be created.

Omnichannel Listening

  • File Import within Voice Projects: You can now extract call recordings and associated metadata from a flat file instead of directly from a voice provider. This allows you to bring your voice contact center data into Qualtrics from any contact center vendor.

Strategy & Research

  • Unmoderated User Testing Updates: Unmoderated User Testing is now a separate project type. These projects have designated user testing blocks, where every question you add will be a task in the user test. If desired, multiple user testing blocks can be added within one survey.
