Features Released On Or Before March 11, 2026
Admin
- Interaction Reporting for Omnichannel Events: You can now view events from your omnichannel programs within the Interaction Usage report in the Admin tab. This includes chat, email, and voice data collected in Qualtrics.
- Roles: The interface for creating roles has been updated. This applies to roles across all areas of the platform (for example CX users, EX projects, ticketing, etc).
Customer Experience
- Course Evaluations: Course evaluations allow organizations to evaluate the quality of teaching sessions to determine strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities to improve student experience over time. You can upload students and instructors to your directories, create evaluations for individual courses, and distribute these evaluations to students. Course evaluations can also be connected to learning management systems to embed evaluations directly within your site.
Dashboards
- Widget Label Translation: You can now correct translations on a single widget much faster and much more easily than before. This change is supported in EX, CX, and all other Dashboard types.
Emails
- Avoid Being Marked As Spam: Email distributions that receive too many complaints will be blocked from sending reminders. Previously this only applied to emails sent via Qualtrics domains, but this now applies to any custom “from” domains as well. Emails sent via SMTP relay are not affected by this policy, but you should still maintain a low complaint rate to ensure proper email deliverability.
Employee Experience
- Automatic Role Assignment: Automatic role assignment is now available for Engagement and Pulse projects. There are 2 additional options that allow you to add users to a role if they are a manager or delegate in your org hierarchy.
- Unit Tools (EX): The “Add Existing Person” option in Unit Tools now allows you to add delegates to your org hierarchy manually.
Workflows
- Salesforce Extractor Task - Reports: You can now use the Salesforce Extractor task to import report data from Salesforce. This task replaces the “Import Salesforce Report Data task” and offers the same functionality with a streamlined setup. Existing workflows that use the old task will be automatically migrated to the new task.

Features Starting On & After March 25, 2026
Employee Experience
- Update to Redesigned EX Widgets: A new design for heat map widgets, bubble chart widgets, scorecard widgets, question list widgets, and engagement summary widgets has been available for newly created widgets for some time. With this release, you can now migrate any legacy widgets to the new experience by editing the legacy widget and selecting "Update Now." Remaining legacy widgets will be automatically migrated at a later date.
Workflows
- Extract Data from Zendesk Task: This new extractor task allows you to extract data from Zendesk and bring it into Qualtrics. This task can be configured as part of an ETL workflow.

Features Released On Or Before March 11, 2026
