Thanks for the update.  The Generate an Insight Task sounds good and an ability to perhaps add it to an email that includes a weekly report distributed out from a dashboard (not worked out how I’d do that though just yet, but the idea is there!).  However, the problem with the insight explorer from my experience is that it never quantifies its findings and doesn’t help you identify (out of the comments and elements it highlights) which is the biggest in absolute terms and also in change terms.  To create any actionable insight you need this and from reading through the support material, I don’t see how you get the Insight Explorer tool to do this.  Therefore you are left with having to action everything but not really knowing what is the most important aspect to concentrate on.

Very excited to see the action plan reminders! This is one of the more common pieces of feedback we receive about Qualtrics’ action planning functionality - the desire for more frequent reminders.

This makes me curious what other updates to action planning are coming. Many of our leaders find the process somewhat backwards. We typically think of a single action plan comprised of actions across multiple questions. Qualtrics is set up to have multiple action plans, one for each question - its just not aligned with how we think about it. The Personalized Action Recommendations being embedded in the dashboard instead of the Plan of action area is also a bit confusing - I think it should be in both.
