Where in our Qualtrics account will we see the recent releases?

Hello @Rachel B., this depends on what specific update you are referring to. For example, the CX Program Headlines will be shown in the Overview tab when you create a Customer Experience Program.

Are you asking about a particular feature or about the Release Notes In-Product Guides? If its the latter, you will see the release note announcement on the bottom right of your page after you login to Qualtrics. 😊

Please let me know if this answered your question or if you were referring to something else!

I was asking about the Release Notes In-Product Guide. Should I see an announcement in my account now (since we’re past 9/23) or only if there is a new announcement? It referenced being able to see past updates as well.

Yes @Rachel B., you should be seeing it in your account now since there is a new announcement.

@JoseS I don’t see it, even after logging out and back in.
