Export all Actions->Reporting (including response_ID) - maybe via API?

In Actions->Reporting, you can filter via Response_ID. I want to have a physical list of all Response_IDs from actions->reporting.
Is there an API endpoint I can call to get all the action reports? Does anyone have example code?
(There's a bug where not all responses are triggering the actions they should. The actions aren't failing; they simply aren't happening. Qualtrics support is trying to fix the bug, but meanwhile I'm trying to see how wide spread the problem is by contrasting the Response_ID list from Data & Analysis with the Response_ID list from Actions->Reporting).
