I am looking to test an integration with Workday that relies on OAuth 2.0 authentication. I am currently trying to test this and by getting a set of access and refresh tokens. Can someone describe how I would get those tokens in a Qualtrics web service task? My setup keeps failing.

I’m looking to confirm exactly what would be in the following fields (and in what format):

  • Request
  • URL
  • Headers (with what is the key and value format for configuration in this web service task)
  • Body
