Hi - Are the API limits/brand mentioned at https://api.qualtrics.com/docs/limits-1 soft in nature? Could they be raised for a brand via support ticket?

My guess is more than 3,000 a minute is probably flagged as spam. I would contact your client sucess rep or sales rep to verify, though.

hmm..understandably. However, the limit of 60 for GET /API/v3/surveys/:surveyId/responses/:responseId seems little low.
