Regarding the SFDC email triggers - opportunity owner should get a survey each time a task is closed in SFDC and we can only get Qualtrics to send one survey link?
We did a test where we closed 3 tasks in SFDC by the opportunity owner but we only get one email with the survey link
We change the subject line and the email body each time via piped text.
A Opportunity will contain up to 5 Tasks, and when the Tasks are closed a survey for each Task should be sent to Opportunity Owner, but for us only the survey is sent for the first Task only and the remaining are not sent.
The email distributions and contact list both say successful sends? However we only get the first task closed email to come through.
Any feedback on this would be appreciated. Thanks!
