Automate Reports for Lifecyle Project

Hi all, 

We are working on building out a dashboard for some of our lifecycle surveys. Our stakeholders would like to have recurring updates of the data.

Is there a way to automate the reports that are in the lifecycle project, similar to the functionality in this article: Scheduled Results-Reports Emails (qualtrics.com). This article shows that it is possible for every other XM product, except people. 

Even if we’re able to automate dashboard invites, with a link to the report template. Something that will ease the administrative burden of sending a report every week for multiple projects.

@ShaylaH Hi,
I’m afraid the feature is not there with lifecycle project, both the email dashboard feature and schedule report email. You can still make a work around with a schedule workflow that gonna send the dashboard link to the recipient (not an offline report, they still have to log-in, it’s kinda like a reminder).

Hi @ShaylaH,

 

There is no dashboard export or report feature in the Lifecycle projects, unfortunately but the EX licence should come with a participant account for each employee.

 

My recommendation is to design a specific dashboard view for your different stakeholder and manage dashboard access by roles.

Then you can schedule a dashboard access message to your participant and suggest they bookmark the link in their web browser.
