How do i even out the space between the bullet points in a Likert and Bipolal scale?

Hello amazing users!

I need to make the bullet points equally in space between them.I tried a java code I found, but it does not seem to work, so, where do I put a code and what code should I use to made both my Likert and Bipolar scales items even in distance between them? 

Just bear in mind I am total dork in these things, I am just starting learning about custom code in Qualtrics by you :)
