I know there is a way to automate importing the dashboard roles file, and I’ve done this in the past.
However, I haven’t done it recently, so I wanted to check with you all—if I’m receiving the file via SFTP, what would be the next task in the workflow to automatically import the dashboard user file?

Once we do this, will a standard participant account be created in the system for all users added through the Load Users into CX Directory process, allowing them to log in to their respective accounts?
+59Yes, it works exactly as it would if you were importing a file manually in the dashboard’s User Admin section.
