Hi,

When you export your distribution history from the distributions tab in your survey, your file will be named this way: export-EMD_XXXXXXXXXXXXXX-2025-12-04T10-00-07-672Z.csv. EMD_XXXXXXXXXXXXXX is your ID.

And if you select a date range to download multiple histories, there will be a column with the ID in it.

Hello @gPandey_715,

Try below steps:

  1. Go to the Distributions Tab in your survey project.
  2. Open the Emails Section and locate the specific email distribution you are interested in.
  3. Click the dropdown menu to the right of the distribution and select Download History.
  4. Open the downloaded CSV file. In this file, you will find a column labeled Distribution Id. This column contains the unique Distribution ID for each distribution.

Hi @Sachin Nandikol ,

Thanks for the steps.

I actually already tried this, but the exported file doesn’t show any column named Distribution Id at all.

Could you please try exporting any one of your own distributions on your end and confirm if the Distribution Id column appears for you?

Thanks again for your help!

Hi @vgayraud ,

I can see the Distribution ID in the exported file now — thanks for pointing that out.
Just to confirm, is there no direct option within the platform itself to view the Distribution ID without exporting?

Not that I’m aware of.

Another option, less user-friendly, is to use your browser dev tools:
