You can setup a branch if logic in the survey flow where if someone specifically answered Yes for Q1,2 and 3 then they can be given Group embedded data as Group 1 and vice versa for Group 2.

Have you tried using ED Field External Reference as display logic.. EX: If the External reference is empty view Q2?
Edit count is to be used when you want to setup a custom number for each block available in the randomiser. If you check the evenly present box that should meet your requirement

You can probably save the responses in an ED field first in Qualtrics and then process the ED fields in the workflow to push the responses into google sheets.
Try creating a dummy embedded data in the survey flow and save it such that the backend refreshes itself and that might do the trick
We had made use of Static weighting for one of our clients as they wanted to weight some region more over the others using their specific weighting methods they were using in excel. They wanted to make use of the weighting on a combination of 10 point scale questions as well, for which I was not able to set it up using the weighting options Qualtrics provides and had to create a custom metric for the same.

Qualtrics only allows you to use the size’s they have provided by default. Although it is technically possible, you might want to review the options available. So when i do the connection with workday the system bring all the users that are active, i have no way to reduce the amount of contacts that i know of to do it in batches. We have around 27.000, so less than 100.000 employees so it does not exceed qualtrics hard limit according with the documentation Has anyone worked with smaller batches in workday? and if so how? We have done it for one of our clients where we used API of Workday in Qualtrics Web Service API, to bring in contacts to Qualtrics
