Matrix Table statements changing to a similar question in Dashboard

@JohannesCE - I have been trying to recreate this issue but unable to. I would recommend that you raise this as an issue to the Qualtrics Support Team. Also, wondering whether you got the matrix statements added as numeric value field type or did you change that yourself?

Drop down list with a blank space

@Helpme - you can use a drill down question as follows with the default selection set to ‘0’ for all. This also ensures that users need not type in anything, they can select from a pre-defined list.

Exporting to CSV issues

@Amy_Tsaousi - Recently, Qualtrics has updated the way dashboard exports work - now a notification appears in top right corner. Not sure whether this is why you don’t see a file being downloaded. :)

Export of all tables in excel format from dashboard page

@praveengeorgeix - I believe we can either export individual tables or the entire dashboard at once. Not sure if there is a way to export only tables from a page.

Creating a New Workflow: Survey Submission to CSV File

@ntramy45 - An easy way out here would be to create a workflow to populate responses to a google sheet or MS excel sheet + send an email to IT notifying them about the same. Setting a Default Choice Based on the Answer to a Previous Question

@jflowers1 - Looks like you don’t want the second MCQ question to be displayed at all. Can’t we get rid of it and just use an embedded data field to set the value?  This can be done either using JS or survey flow branch logic.

Number chart with distinct count

@vizz - Not sure if there is an easy way to do this, I have been trying to figure out a way myself. The only way that I can think of is using custom metric. To implement a solution using that, do you know the possible values that the embedded data ‘ProjectCode’ can have? If yes, is this a very big number?

Workflow to attach Excel file of responses during a specific time

lpanton - In case you have access to CX dashboards, you can do this by scheduling an email csv report to go out every Monday. The dashboard can be filtered to only send data for the last 7 days. Here is the documentation for your reference - https://www.qualtrics.com/support/vocalize/sharing-dashboards/exporting-data-from-vocalize/#EmailDashboardsApart from this, you can also schedule survey results in a similar manner as above. Your file might not have all users while the directory would include everyone for whom an account was ever created. Some of these could be brand administrators, so please ensure you don't delete their accounts.

How to download delta responses via API using cURL command?

UHutch - As you have 4 exports, you will have to add logic in your survey flow to manually capture the time since we cannot use time in filters directly. While it's possible, this approach is cumbersome.If it's okay to do a single export at 12:01 AM, you can create a filter for the 'recorded date is yesterday' to get all data for the previous day.Additionally, you can also use the response export automation and set 4 automations. The benefit of response export automation is that it provides delta without the need to add filters.
