Hi,
I'm working with a faculty member who wants a weekly email with an Excel file of the new records every Monday at noon. So basically she doesn't want all records, just the new records between Monday and Monday. It seems like a simple task, but I'm struggling with setting up the workflow. I did a specific time workflow and I get a PDF file of just the student first names. I was thinking I might have to create a report and then setup an email trigger to do this? I just need some direction on how to get started as all of my attempts have failed thus far.
Thanks in advance for your help! Lauren

lpanton - In case you have access to CX dashboards, you can do this by scheduling an email csv report to go out every Monday. The dashboard can be filtered to only send data for the last 7 days. Here is the documentation for your reference - https://www.qualtrics.com/support/vocalize/sharing-dashboards/exporting-data-from-vocalize/#EmailDashboards
Apart from this, you can also schedule survey results in a similar manner as above. For more information, go to https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/reports-module/results-section/exporting-and-sharing-results/scheduled-report-emails/
Finally, if its okay to receive this export to an SFTP location, you can setup a response export automation which by default sends only Delta files (new responses since last export). For more informaton, go to https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/data-and-analysis-module/data/download-data/response-export-automations/

Thanks, Mishraji . I know I'm coming back to this a little late. 🙂

I don't have access to the CX dashboard, only the XM workflows. I tried your second idea of scheduling a report, but I need it in an Excel or CSV file, and the reports don't really give me that option. They really need the the file that exists under Data & Analysis - Data - Export & Import - Export Data- CSV to be emailed. I thought I could make this happen in reports, but I don't think I am able. Any other ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!
