ddmason - You seem to be using automation to add Qualtrics users. The file had 2673 persons of which 2173 existing users were updated and 7 new users were added (2173+7=2180). 1 user was skipped as the username was already in use against another person's Unique Identifier. 492 users failed to import: - this could be due to many reasons. I would suggest that you export the current user list from Qualtrics and compare it with the source file to understand the exact reason for failure.Finally, if you add 2180+1+493, it is equal to 2673.
