I am seeing this error when I import a .qsf file into the free survey account -- the .qsf file has more than the 30 question limit, can you clarify this error?

This QSF file must be containing Quota’s as well and in your account you do not have access of advance quotas or your license has limitation to create quota’s that is why you are getting this error.
