I have a discussion post/forum assignment in our LMS (Canvas).

This assignment requires to post  reading summary, and  2 questions (based on readings) for class discussion:

1. What is the main take-away message from the readings
2. Post your discussion question 1
3. Post your discussion question 2

At the end of the posting period, I would like my students to get back into the discussion forum and vote on the top 3 questions posted by their peers (in response to #2 and #3).

This is a bit inelegant in Canvas. I am exploring setting this up in Qualtrics with 3 survey questions.  However, I am wondering if there is a way for Qualtrics to automatically collect the responses to #2 and #3 and present to students to for votes/ratings.
