I have a survey with two methods of entry: an e-mail distribution and survey authenticator (Pin#). All participants who were e-mailed received their Pin# via a mailed reminder letter. For our weekly reports to the client, we need to send the number of participants contacted via e-mail, the number of completed surveys, and the number of in progress surveys. Besides downloading the completed survey responses and the in progress survey responses separately, is there a way to get all of this information in one report or download?

I don't believe there is any way to calculate a total response rate between two different distribution methods within Qualtrics. It has to be done outside of Qualtrics.
