My organization collects personnel data at the institution level (i.e., Test School has Faculty Member A, who has Variables A-G) annually. We are migrating our existing survey to Qualtrics and would like to carry over previous data (e.g., a respondent has indicated Faculty Members A-Z and we don’t want to force them to re-enter them annually, but instead edit responses as needed). 

What is the best path forward for this? I’ve tried piped responses with embedded data, but it is not the visual result we are looking for.
