I am coding my survey and want to create 2 dummies for a set of questions using embedded data, regardless of the answer that respondents will give. All respondents will answer the entire set of questions. The dummies should reflect whether a piece of information presented in a block of questions is true or false and whether it is related to a specific topic (politics, sports, or leisure). For example, a question that includes true information about sports should be coded as true=1 and topic=sports.

I’ve tried different ways but for some reason, only a subset of questions ends up appearing to respondents.
