I’m trying to create a configurable form question in Qualtrics for a travel expense form. The question would need to capture the date of the expense, justification, currency and the amount. I would like to allow the user to add lines as needed and have the amount totals add. I can do this by building a form with Jotform, but I’ve tried several ways to accomplish this is Qualtrics and I haven’t found a solution yet.
