CSV File upload (as a survey question type) workflow to populate Excel sheet

Hello

1. I would like a survey to include a file upload question with the intention being for folks to upload a CSV file.

2. I am hoping that those CSV files can be automatically added to a shared Excel spreadsheet. (or Smartsheet if an option) 
3. This is assuming that each CSV already has the same columns across csv files/sheets
