Hi All, I want to embed a feedback survey into one section of my website page.

Here’s how I want it to work:

1. At first, only a simple question appears: “Is this helpful?” with thumbs up and thumbs down buttons.
2. When a user clicks either thumbs up or thumbs down, more survey questions should appear:
   • A text box asking, “Why did you choose this rating?”
   • A checkbox for the user to give consent to be contacted for more feedback.
   • A submit button.

I can’t use the template embedded feedback here since it only allows one follow-up question and doesn’t support a consent statement. I was thinking of first creating the survey in the survey platform and then linking it to the intercept using the custom embedded feedback creative option.

Is this achievable since I am very tight on the timeline? Help would be much appreciated.
