Can a question in the below format be created in Qualtrics survey designer? The initial 2 columns are for numeric values that will sum total to 100 for each statement if answered. In a scenario, if the respondent is unable to answer that, they can select Don’t know which is exclusive for each row statement.  There are 2 sets of validation that is applicable here and I am not able to find a method to do that.

Any suggestions will be helpful.
