Hello, 

When I go to make a custom inactive survey message it does not appear when I go to an inactive anonymous link. For emailed links the default message still appears. When making the new message, it appears in the library many times.

This happens both with setting survey availability to the past and setting a message there, setting an inactive message and pausing results and a combination of both.

Anyone come across this before, or know how to fix it?
