Hello - I am new to Qualtrics and would like to create a custom survey by being able to export data points into my question tailored to each recipient. For example, is it possible to upload an excel sheet with the following tables:

First Name, Last Name, Account #, Recipient email address. 

Then, within the Qualtrics survey depending on the recipient, customize the question so that it can pull in the corresponding first name, last name and account #? Something along the lines of:
