I am wanting to export (cx) dashboard usage monthly (we have a business expectation that leaders are looking at the dashboard regularly) to determine who is not using the dashboard.

When I export these are the fields that get exported. I am exporting under admin>content engagement and then filtering down to the specific dashboard.

I am wondering :

1. if there is a way on “name” that we could have first and last name very helpful when we have 100’s of people we are trying to sort through. Ideally it would be two columns: first name, last name.
2. if there is a way to display users who have not viewed the dashboard. On the reports it seems that it only pulls those who have viewed the dashboard. *only leaders have access to this dashboard and therefore everyone that the dashboard is shared with should be on the list. I know that I can take the usage list and put it into another excel file that contains all leaders names and then create a formula on that the deduce who has not viewed the dashboard - but ideally I would just like a count in the “total page views” column to include 0 so that i was not having to manipulate data.
