I’m trying to use the Data Formula Task to create a new metric, Years of Service. The task/workflow would run after a survey response is submitted and would calculate a person’s “Years of Service” via the different between the current date/time and the hire date they enter as a text field in the survey (MM/DD/YYYY).
It’s not working. What am I doing wrong? Screenshot below.
