Downloadable receipt for participants (without email)

I would like anonymous participants to be able to download a receipt that shows they have completed a Qualtrics survey, that they can then show to receive a free drink. The receipt should have the date the survey was completed, and ideally a number from 001 to 100. While potentially this could be displayed in the end of survey message, we’re not sure everyone will know how to take screenshots so ideally this would be able to be downloaded, or an image that can be saved. Can anyone advise on a straightforward way of doing this? I’m a beginner so need very clear instructions. Thank you.
