We are trying to distribute personalized survey links via SMS. The idea is that when the respondents entered their phone numbers in the eligibility screening survey and completed it, it triggers the SMS that includes main survey link. However, we have trouble sending SMS. We’ve seen the SMS attempts failed. Below are screenshots of our current workflow and failed attempts. I wonder if anyone has insights on this.
