File Uploads and Workflows

Does anyone know whether it’s possible to build a workflow that can extract a file uploaded as part of a survey response and export that file to a online shared drive, such as a OneDrive or Google Drive folder? I know I can write out survey data (including the links to the uploaded files) to an Excel or Google sheet, but the goal would be to have the actual submitted files automatically saved in a shared drive that multiple people in my institution could access. Any ideas? Thank you!
