Help with displaying two random subset groups with preference

I have a question where the respondent selects multiple brands for awareness. I then need to create two groups - One for Company A and then the rest for all other Companies. From there on the next question I need to display up to 3 Brands selected in the prior question - giving preference to Company A. So if Company A had 3 brands selected it shows those 3 and that is it. If Company A had 2 brands selected it shows those 2 and then pulls 1 addition from all other Companies for a total of 3. Random Subset does not allow for two groups so unsure the best route to go. Thanks in advance.
