How can I apply a discontinued/legacy layout to my survey?

I have been using the attached layout for years, however, it is no longer available in “Look and Feel.” I manage to keep using it by copying old surveys, but I would like to know if there is a way to apply it to a new survey that I want to develop from scratch and/or whether I can apply it to other surveys that currently have a different layout. Thanks!

Hi ​@tonydonato ,

 

Are you perhaps using New Survey Taking Experience (previously known as Simple layout), which cause the “Look and Feel” > Layout to be unavailable?

You can disable New Survey Taking Experience by going to Survey Options > General.

Once it has been switched off, the “Look and Feel” > Layout should return, where you can choose between various layouts like Classic layout.

Thanks for the suggestion, ​@Chee Heng_SZ. My New Survey Taking Experience was already set to off. I just don’t seem to have that particular layout available in my Look and Feel options anymore. Clearly, it still works because my old surveys still function and I can copy them to make new surveys, but I would like to be able to use it to make new surveys from scratch. I was hoping there might be another way to define a layout (like in the header or something similar).

Perhaps you might want to contact your brand administrator to check if the specific theme/layout has been disabled.
