Hi, I have a survey with English as base language and French as translation. I don't need the English version as I’ll send the questionnaire in France.

Is there a way to delete the English version and keep the French one? I only find ways to do the reverse (when I want to change the base language to French, Qualtrics wants to delete the French version). Note that I don’t want to simply hide the language dropdown menu, as I want to be able to modify the questionnaire on the main page and not on the translation section.

Hello @bixiou ,

In this case, you can try using Language variable in the URL;

  1. Hide your language selector drop down.
  2. Add ?Q_Language =FR for French; your LIVE link
  3. Add &Q_Language= EN - (US or GB) for your testing purpose in preview.

Hi @bixiou , Export the French translation from translations tab. Then, select the French as surveys base language in translations tab. Copy the text in French from the downloaded file and update the text in main survey page for each question. Now the survey will be in French, and you can also delete the English translations if not require.
