Hi everyone,

 

I’m new to this community, but have been working in Qualtrics for some time. My current role is establishing a customer insights function at Signature Aviation. We manage airports for private flying. Our customers are somewhat hard to reach (pilots, private airplane passengers, schedulers/dispatchers), so I’m trying to be creative in how we get feedback from them. It’s also a very relationship-driven business. Our Sales team is constantly interacting with our customers and has a ton of feedback they could pass along. Has anyone come up with a streamlined process of capturing and categorizing that type of feedback, and a way for Sales to easily provide it?
