I was looking to do an end of term survey with students. This survey would be done via Qualtrics. I am looking for specific templates that are similar to Qualtrics Course Evaluations Guided Program. Unfortunately, Qualtrics Course Evaluations Guided Program is not available for free. The free student satisfaction surveys made available through Qualtrics do not really offer much.
Does anyone have templates that I can use to do my survey that is not one of the free ones?
