Is there a way to create customized personal links in Qualtrics survey?

I have seen surveys that have customized personal links for respondents. For example, the survey link for a person in ABC organization would be something like https://qualtrics.com/form_123456%ABC and that for organization XYZ would look like https://qualtrics.com/form_123456%XYZ.
