I have a workflow that changes the value of an embedded field based on assignment made in a ticket resulting from the submission. Is there any way to use javascript (or any other method) to update the quota based on the embedded field? Ultimately, I’m looking to have a ticket marked to determine validity of the submission - quota should be modified to eliminate invalid entries.
Any ideas?
