Need help in understanding Location Experience hub | XM Community

I went through the documentation of Location Experience Hub but I am still confused as to why do we even use it. Additionally I have the following 3 questions that I need answers to:

1) Pros and cons of using location assist vs using dashboards

2) ORM, TICKET, SURVEY ARE my DATA SOURCES - what are the pros and cons of each of these in location assist vs dashboards

3) how we respond to orm reviews + survey tickets in the same area of the location assist.

I do not have an answer but I’m curious to see what the community has to share on this topic !


I don’t have location assist yet, still trying to get the upgrade to new sku. But in my (limited) opinion without having used it yet, it would allow me to surface to users everything they need to act on more easily - reviewing insights, addressing tickets, etc. Currently, they have to know to click on the menu dropdown to see that they have a tickets module they can go to, etc. I want to have everything more in front of them to easily click into. 

Would be interested to hear from those who already use it.
