Not access to suggested topics in Text iQ

@Coraline.Deroletz do you know if you have access to advanced topics? You may refer to this support page, it is something which appears to vary depending on your product subscription.  If it’s not appearing for you it may be for this reason (or delay in them loading which is also explained here).   https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/data-and-analysis-module/text-iq/topics-in-text-iq/#RecommendedTopics

If you do not have access to Advanced Topics, there are pre-built suggestions for phrases and words based on your industry.

On the left, choose “Import topics” button instead of create. In that modal that pops up, there will be two options: Upload a JSON file or Select a Qualtrics topic library. Choose “Select a Qualtrics topic library”. There, you’ll see options to choose from! 

You may also benefit by utilizing an AI tool of your choice to ask relevant VoC / VoE topics for your industry.
