Owner Name when Team Ticket Data

I have set up a new survey project for our Contact Us on the website. When responses are received, I have Tickets generated and assigned to a Team named Guest Relations. This is because I have a bank of volunteers and myself who help respond and close out the tickets. 

 

However, on my Dashboard to report the progress and status of these Tickets, in the table widget to show Ticket By Owner, the Guest Relations name does not appear. 

Has anyone found a solution for this? We are using a Team to avoid having to create randomly assigned tickets and avoid the Queuing system. Thanks!
