I have a survey distributed with a QR printed in the purchase receipt.
I’m trying to prevent multiple replies from the same user for a certain period of time (same day or a couple of days). However, it could be that the person places another purchase and wants to leave another reply. We want to allow that.
Is there a way to reset the Q_BallotBoxStuffing after a certain time of period?
I tried the option of the “RelevantID” and they are correctly marked as duplicated and I can reset it after 1 week. However, this does not prevent the customers from taking the survey as many times as they want.
