I recently published a survey made in Qualtrics on Amazon Mechanical Turk, and I am trying to get an idea of peoples’ typical approaches to approving/rejecting responders’ work. I have already rejected a few responses that did not have an accurate survey code. One thing I was wondering about in particular is how accurate the Qualtrics GeoIP estimation is. For example, should I reject a responder if on the survey they indicated they were located in a region that is different from their GeoIP location? Please advise. I appreciate any help/recommendations as I am very new to this process. Thank you so much!
