Qualtrics Intercept Targeting: Exclude Completed Responses and Re-display for Unfinished/Closed Surveys

I want this:

  • Do not show the survey intercept if the customer has already responded to the survey.
  • If the customer has not responded (or has only closed the survey without completing it). There should be a way to show the intercept again (i.e., re-trigger the intercept appropriately after 3 months).
