With the old "Contacts" page this was possible. My company had a single shared folder for contact lists (of which we have several hundred). Within this folder we had sub-folders and were able to organize these lists by Client Name. This makes it confusing to locate panels, regardless of the new search function. It also takes more time to locate contact lists in the authenticator element in a survey flow as this section has even less organization than it previously did (and that's saying something).
